Professional Tile Flooring Installation in Cameron Park, CA
- C-15 Licensed
- Fully Insured
- Locally Owned
- Serving El Dorado County & Sacramento
Six Things That Set Our Tile Crew Apart
- C-15 Licensed: We hold a California Contractors State License Board C-15 Flooring and Floor Covering license. This is a trade license just for flooring work. Not every contractor carries it.
- Fully Insured: We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Your home and our crew stay protected on every single job.
- Foothill Home Experience: Cameron Park homes deal with hot dry summers and cold wet winters. We have worked in this climate for over twenty years. We know how these conditions affect tile and subfloors.
- Waterproofing on Every Wet Job: Showers, bathroom floors, and tub surrounds get a full waterproofing system before any tile goes down. No shortcuts.
- One Price, No Surprises: We write a full estimate before we start. Labor, materials, grout, and sealing are all included. You will not see extra charges at the end.
- Grout Sealing Is Part of the Job: Most contractors charge extra for sealing. We include it in every quote because it is part of doing the job right.

Free Home Visit
We come to your home and check the subfloor for moisture, softness, and flatness. We take room measurements and explain what we find.

Subfloor Leveling
We grind down high spots on concrete and fill low spots with leveling compound. On plywood, we screw down cement backer boards.

Waterproofing
In showers, wet floors, and tub surrounds, we install and test the waterproofing membrane before any tile goes in.

Layout Planning
We snap chalk lines to set the starting point. We dry-fit the first few rows to check the spacing and catch thin edge cuts before they happen.

Tile Setting
We spread mortar with a notched trowel, back-butter large tiles, and press each tile into the mortar bed with leveling clips.

Grouting
We wait 24 hours for the mortar to cure. Then we pack the joints with grout, smooth the surface, and wipe it clean.

Sealing
We apply a penetrating sealer to the grout and to any natural stone tile to block stains and moisture.

Walk-Through
We walk every room with you. We check seams, edges, transitions, and corners. If anything is not right, we fix it before we leave.

Cleanup
We haul out all materials, tools, and packaging. We leave your home the way we found it.
